Abacus Properties specialise in room lets in shared houses in Cambridge. We offer a wide range of individual rooms in our houses from short term lets of one month to longer term tenancies. We have bedsit rooms with access to communal bathrooms and kitchens and also self-contained apartment-style studio rooms with their own kitchen and bathroom.

Family run by Rod and Trudy Bishop, we care about our tenants and providing them with quality, secure and well equipped Cambridge accommodation. We do not charge contract fees at letting or renewal.

All of our properties are close to the centre of Cambridge and within walking or cycling distance of the business parks and shopping facilities. Each house is equipped with modern appliances including washing machines and microwaves and all are kept in excellent condition throughout.

Our rooms are priced from £499/month which is fully inclusive of all bills: water, council tax, gas, electricity and unlimited broadband access. All our rooms, studios and apartments have double beds and we have accommodation in some of our larger properties that is suitable for a couple sharing (at additional cost).
